AH History

Welcome to Arlington Heights
Arlington Heights is a wonderful place to live and make friends. We have many special features in our neighborhood for all to enjoy.
To begin with, this is a maintenance-free community, meaning home owners reap certain benefits as members of the Homeowners Association (HOA). Our HOA has an elected Board of Directors, made up of home-owners in Arlington Heights. The Board of Directors contracts with various professional vendors for member services as part of the monthly HOA dues. This is an immense benefit to all our residents.
Our Arlington Heights home-owners are spared the time-consuming task of contracting for services independently (i.e. lawn mowing & fertilization, trimming of shrubs, snow & ice removal and irrigation system blowout). Additionally, the HOA is responsible for maintaining the development’s common areas and street lighting for the beautification and safety of our neighborhood.
The Board of Directors provides administrative and financial management for the HOA. It works closely with the Architectural Review Committee in following the rules and regulations as stipulated in our Declarations of Protective Covenants to ensure that all improvements, construction, landscaping and alterations conform to and harmonize with existing surroundings and structures. By doing this we ensure a well-maintained and groomed appearance.
The Arlington Heights community is in the Town of Halfmoon, county of Saratoga. Ground was broken on the first residence in January, 2008 and the last home was completed in May of 2017. Our community is proud to say it's now home to 70 single-families.
Given all that we've accomplished to date, we're a vibrant neighborhood and look forward to remaining vibrant with the valued input and help of our neighbors!
